We ship most orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed with standard shipping take 1-5 business days to be delivered once shipped, depending on your location. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us so that we can assist you. Orders placed with a setup will require additional time before shipment.

Most orders ship via UPS. Some smaller items (pedals, accessories, etc.) may ship via USPS. If you have a preferred shipping carrier, let us know before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your preference; there may be an additional shipping charge.

We want you to be 100% happy with your order, so if you have any questions or concerns please contact us so we can assist you. Most new gear can be returned within 14 days of receipt, and most used gear can be returned within 7 days of receipt.

Most guitars and basses are inspected for quality control when they first arrive to our warehouse, and before they are shipped out for an order. Our inspections cover everything from cosmetic blemishes to high frets. If you believe that you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you.
You absolutely can! A professional setup can be purchased with any instrument to ensure that it is perfectly setup by our technician and ready to play as soon as you get it. You can do this by adding a setup to your cart before you checkout. Basic strings are included or you can purchase your preferred strings from the selection on our site. If you would like your guitar setup with a non-standard tuning, we recommend calling so that one of our sales reps can help place your order to your exact preferences.
We are a small business that cares a lot about music, our customers, and the instruments that we sell. We thoroughly inspect guitars before shipping them and we take extra care to package them very carefully.
