- Condition: This is in good condition for its age. The binding is holding up very well with no signs of it coming off the body. There are not structural cracks anywhere on the guitar. The finish has checked and flaked off and has been scratched through all over the entire body, neck and headstock as well.
- Tech Notes: Last 8 frets were refretted, but it is still very playable. Nothing is rattling when it is being played either.
